What happened to Peter Street? I thought he was out injured. But hadn't heard much about him for ages, so did a bit of searching and found he was delisted in 2008. He is playing in some minor Victorian League, Geelong Football League I think.
Anyone know why? I thought he was a pretty good ruckman...

Think he is playing for St Joeys in Geelong and is now a Policeman.What happened to Peter Street? I thought he was out injured. One of the all time great cult figures at the WO - we loved him and rated him as a ruckman. Used to wave up to us in the hey day of the Peter Street Pocket.

Wonder what his stats were for kicks? Don't seem to ever recall him doing it.
Can confirm he is now a member of the Victorian Police Force.

I am more curious as to why he is no longer playing for the Bulldogs? Was he cut due to form? Injury? Too old? I thought he would have had a few good seasons in him yet....

too uncoordinated I think. Harsh I know, but wasn't he a Rhode Recruit? Eade wouldn't tolerate lack of skills.
