Robert Walls has predicted us in the Sunday Age to win the flag.

That's a death knell for our premiership hopes if I ever heard one...

Oh well, least we might get some draft picks.

We are very highly thought of by most of the scribes for this season.

They seem to have forgotten the dreadful second half of the 2010 Preliminary Final. I just wish that I could forget it too :(

Surely we will win this Sunday against the Brisbane Bears Lions. They won't have J. Brown's body out there. Glory glory hallelujah for us.

I thought last Sunday would be a win even without Brian Lake.

If the 4 Premiership points are NOT claimed this weekend- then it will be draft picks for 2012.

But isn't the world going to end in 2012? So whats the point anyway? :(

Now I'm worried that we won't even make the eight, what with even Richmond and Gold Coast winning games, and the league seemingly more evenly balanced and unpredictable than in previous years...
By the way, I'll probably be calling next week's game, which will be broadcast live in Portugal (at 5 am). It's the first time that I'll be calling a Footscray game, and I'll make sure to use "Footscray" as often as I can, to educate my countrymen!

The death knell you heard was definitely there. The Premiership is now one more year away at least. It won't be this year.

Thanks for educating your countrymen. That might be the best thing to do at the moment when your commentating on the match as it seems the 8 is probably not going to be attained this year. The Premiership and Grand Final are no chance at all now- the top four is pretty much shot. Maybe the eight is a possibility, but should we lose to the Eastern Tigers this Sunday- then it is pretty much season over.

All the off field traumas that have been fortunately kept away from the public domain are now unfortunately coming to the surface and it is obviously playing a role in the current traumas.

The disappearance of the $500,000 is just something that is unfathomable, it would be a very uncomfortable place to work at right now.

Yes you have been proven correct with your death knell prediction.
The Premiership is a dream for 2012 now. No way back from here this year.
