I won't dismiss it out of hand, but 20-20 is a bit like a tennis match decided over 1 set, or a boxing match fought over 6 rounds.

This surprises me that a two innings each, one day game hasn't been done yet at international level? I can't see why not- both teams have two innings of twenty overs, or twenty five overs. The side that loses the toss of a day-nighter and is thus fielding for the first innings. wouldn't be as disadvantaged by the heat.

That would be great- please cricket officials bring it on- the game needs it I say.
