[Amelia Jane]

I have always loved Bob Murphy - as he likes to be called - as both a player and person.  Loved his articles in the Age which were funny, personal, interesting and different.  Also always loved him on 360 footy show on Fox sports.  He has now also shown what a great Captain he is.  He should have been made captain years ago.  I loved Ryan Griffen as a player but his quiet and shy personality was not suited as captain.

He's one of the greats, all right. I hope that when he finishes his playing career he stays with the club in some other capacity. We'll need him them as we need him now.
